The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a living room, the sofa can be used as a bedroom for a third person, kitchen, dining room, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony.

Towels cleaning and change 3 times a week, linen change twice a week, air conditioning (included), TV and wifi. In the apartment the air conditioning is in the living room. On the front there is a common terrace where the trees provide natural shade.
